Our innovative client’s start up automation division has developed a leading edge and revolutionary business system to automate institutional pharmacies which service the long term care industry’s medication administration. This is a newly created position based in Central Ohio will be responsible for leading the effort at testing both hardware and software of our clients products. Also this position will be responsible for the total quality of products leased to their customers. This position is “hands on” and will require hands on development of all testing protocols.

Primary responsibilities include:
* Define and execute testing for SW and HW
* Develop systems for customer based information management
* Manage entire business quality systems
* Build a high performing team

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in related field
- Significant quality experience with evidence of significant scope and developing
quality systems in an early stage development process
- .Net Framework ( Ver3.5)
- Strong communications skills
- Evidence of building quality teams in a high performance culture
