QA Leader / Manager to develop a QA team at a Software Company

If you have a dogged determination to be the best and want to work with others that do, take a look at this QA opportunity. You will develop a cutting-edge team and put processes in place to ensure that software releases are tested and ready for release to customers. This is a hands-on position. Until you develop a team you will be the team.
This small (45 person shop) software products company has a work environment that is collaborative, client-focused, casual, and flexible.
Your responsibilities would include applying test methodologies, test automation, tool development, build and deploy process, and configuration management. A background in SQL, HTML/XML/JavaScript, C# and .Net and familiarity with Web 2.0 technology is a plus.
Qualified applicants will have a four year degree and a minimum 4-5 years experience in QA best practices.
