We are currently accepting resumes for a Lead QA Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio.
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Engineer process improvements to the current test procedures and QTP automated test process
- Adapt QA processes to better support Agile methods
- Serve as a coach for testers on multiple teams
- Use Agile development methodologies including test-driven development, paired programming, continuous integration, rapid cycle testing
- Provide technical consulting to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end user requirements
- Perform and lead tests on the most complex software to ensure proper operation and freedom of defects
- Report progress of quality assurance activities to senior management, and assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs
- Execute test configuration management activities for the most complex work efforts
- Serve as a technical mentor to less experienced staff
Required Skills and Experience:
- Eight years of experience in a quality assurance and testing environment
- Expertise with QuickTest Pro and testing in an Agile environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Three years of experience in project management
