Seeking experienced leader to manage a group of 20+ testing engineers in a large corporate environment. Besides leadership and development, candidate will architect and develop automated solutions.
To be considered for this role: You must have 10+ years experience including management background for QA teams. Demonstrable experience in developing test plans, team development, business management, project management, and proven expertise working with other business, functional, and development teams.
Candidates will need to be excellent communicators with both staff and management.
Hands on technical skills in QA and automation - specific experience with IBM and Rational tools.
Experience in making organizational change.
