Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering Specialist to define and build ICC’s Quality Assurance presence based upon client needs and current capabilities. Candidate will need strong communication skills with the ability to interface with clients, understand client needs, evaluate alternative solutions and recommend a path for resolving the client need. Experience in defining and implementing quality processes is required. Must have experience with manual and automated testing including the Mercury tool suite. Quality certification is strongly desired.

Will assist sales and delivery teams in meeting client and project based Quality Assurance Needs. Must have experience selling the idea of QA process/plan to an internal or external group/client.

Minimum of 8 years of experience working with clients in delivering solutions. Background in project management, business analysis or other related skills are highly encouraged.
